Estas son algunas de las preguntas que solemos recibir ya solventadas. Antes de realizarnos una consulta, lee esto.

Pregunta:¿Cómo se realizan los pedidos?
Respuesta:Para ciertos productores o distribuidores la frecuencia de los pedidos cambia y quizas el metodo. Pero por norma general y en especial para los pedidos de verdura y fruta fresca el proceso es el siguiente:

  1. Las personas voluntarias que se ocupan de hacer el pedido envian una plantilla por correo con los productos disponibles.
  2. Cada uno indica cuanto de cada producto quiere y devuelve la plantilla al grupo de voluntarias.
  3. El grupo de voluntarias recopila todos los pedidos y los envia a los productores.

Pregunta:¿Es necesario estar asociado o asociada a El Tirabeque para hacer pedidos?
Respuesta:Sí, es necesario ser socio o socia y estar al corriente de pago para realizar pedidos. Hay diferentes formas de participación con diferentes costes para las personas, siempre dependiendo del nivel de compromiso. Si se realizan tareas voluntarias dentro de alguno de los grupos se agrega un coste del 10% a los pedidos y si no se realizan se agrega un coste del 20%. Este dinero va al fondo de la asociación con el que costear las diferentes actividades y gastos.
