El Tirabeque participa en estas jornadas el día 13 a las 16:45.
Se trata de unas jornadas estatales de dos días, combinando conferencias en plenario con invitados, autores de estudios o experiencias, con sesiones grupales facilitados por moderadores, donde se presentan comunicaciones cortas y se exponen pósters y talleres prácticos. Los principales temas de la Jornada son el mercado de productos ecológicos en la Unión Europea y España por sectores, ejemplos y experiencias de canales cortos de comercialización de productos ecológicos; las redes de consumidores y productores ecológicos; el papel de la promoción, el marketing y la publicidad en la venta de alimentos ecológicos; actitudes de los consumidores frente a diferentes vías de comercialización; las políticas de apoyo a la comercialización ecológica; propuestas y alternativas de comercialización por Internet.
